Honore

! Honoré is a special fox ! 

A crack has formed in the white glass of his tail (see photos). It occurred during the soldering process; the opalescent glass cracked under the heat. Honoré wears this crack as a testament to his creation, which in no way compromises his structural quality. 

A story

Honoré is a fox who likes to lounge at the edge of the forest, in the shade of a large oak tree, watching for voles in the meadow and smelling the mix of scents of humus and fresh grass. 

Mounted on a handcrafted wooden base, Edmond is 22 cm tall (base included) and 11 cm wide (excluding base).

A piece of fine craftsmanship 

Handmade in my studio in the Périgord, this stained glass piece is crafted using the Tiffany technique, from opalescent glass selected for its richness of texture and light. Each element is assembled with copper, tin, and lead, according to traditional artisanal know-how. The wooden base is also shaped in my studio. 

Glass can feature fine striations or small air bubbles: these are natural characteristics of its manufacture, which contribute to its charm.

Useful information 

As a precaution, and due to the presence of lead, it is advisable to wash your hands after handling.

To preserve the appearance of this stained glass over time, indoor use only is recommended.
