FAQ
How to order?
When a new collection is online, you can directly buy the pieces you like.
Please note: Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. Only payment confirms the order. The same item can therefore be in multiple carts at the same time.
To secure your favorites, you can place several small orders. These will be automatically grouped together later and the shipping costs recalculated.
You will be refunded the difference, or in full if your total purchases reach €149 and you reside in France - Belgium - Luxembourg - the Netherlands.

How are stained glass windows made?
I use the Tiffany technique, invented at the end of the 19th century by Louis Comfort Tiffany.
Unlike church stained glass windows, which are set in lead, the pieces of glass here are surrounded by a copper ribbon, then assembled with a solder composed of 60% tin and 40% lead.
This method allows for the creation of thinner, lighter, free-form pieces: true little works of art.
Each stained glass window is then highlighted by a lead profile, which provides solidity and elegance.
⸻
Is lead a risk?
All stained glass windows, whatever they are, are assembled with tin and lead (unless explicitly stated otherwise).
It is not dangerous if a few simple rules are followed:
• Preferably handle your stained glass windows by the chains and suspension cords.
• If you have handled the stained glass itself, wash your hands.
• Keep your stained glass out of reach of children.
Lead is not volatile and does not penetrate the skin. The only risk occurs from repeated ingestion or when sanding, which you will never have to do.
Furthermore, the workshop's waste is carefully sorted and recycled: lead, like glass, can be recycled endlessly ♻️.
⸻
What types of glass are used?
I mainly use American artistic glasses: some are still made by hand, others semi-industrially.
Each glass plate is unique and may have fine streaks, air bubbles, or variations in iridescence. These characteristics are not defects but their authentic signature. They give each piece a soul and an irreproachable imprint.
⸻
Are all the stained glass windows offered unique pieces?
Absolutely! Large-scale pieces are never duplicated identically. Each stained-glass window is designed with its own palette and play of light. Patterns may be repeated (especially for signature pieces), but the colors and/or placement of the glass changes each time, like a new story being told.
Small models – like foxes, bumblebees etc – give me less freedom to create an infinite number of colours.
So I make them in small series, but never in perfect copies: each piece of glass has its own imprints, its own reflections, its own secret nuances. No two sheets of glass are ever alike... and it is this singularity that makes even the smallest creations carry their own unique soul.
⸻
Are the collections available in large quantities?
No, and that's what makes them precious. Everything is handcrafted, with patience and poetry, in my workshop. I work alone and manage every aspect of my business, whether it's manufacturing, communication, photography, shipping, etc.
So the series remain confidential... because days only have 24 hours, and I only have two arms to bring my glass dreams to life. ✨
⸻
Will my stained glass window look the same as in the photos?
Glass is alive: its appearance changes depending on the background (sky, vegetation, wall, etc.) and the light (sun, shade, partial shade).
This is what makes each stained glass window poetic ✨.
The pieces are photographed in different situations where possible to give you a varied overview.
Opalescent glass, on the other hand, is not influenced by the background since it is opaque but lights up wonderfully as soon as a ray of sunlight touches it.
You can also choose to hang your stained glass window on the wall as an artistic decoration.
⸻
How do I hang my stained glass window?
I recommend a solid mounting system:
• removable universal hooks (available in store),
• or, for a wall, a simple nail.
⚠️ Absolutely avoid suction cups and self-adhesive hooks, which are unreliable and dangerous for the room.
Furthermore, depending on my inspiration, I use chains or cords to hang the stained glass windows.
If you would like me to change the type of suspension, it is possible, just send me an email right after your purchase.
However, for heavy pieces, I systematically use a chain, which I double to secure the stained glass as much as possible. This system is not interchangeable with a cord for safety reasons.
⸻
How do I maintain my stained glass window?
Lead and tin naturally oxidize over time. Each piece receives a treatment that slows this process, but you can revive the shine by following these tips:
1. Spray on a little carnauba wax (wood cleaner type).
2. Leave on for a few minutes.
3. Wipe and polish with a microfiber cloth or cotton.
For daily maintenance, a simple dusting with a microfiber cloth is sufficient.
👉 Never put your stained glass under water.
👉 Keep it indoors only to preserve its shine.
